You can request deletion from the app or from this page.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open RM Life and sign in.
2. Open Settings, then Account.
3. Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Request deletion without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject RM Life account deletion request. Include the email address used for your RM Life account. You may send the request from a different address, but we may need to verify that the account belongs to you.

Do not send your password, sign-in code, payment-card information, or precise location history.

What deletion covers

Account deletion removes the main account profile and most records stored under it, including goals, calendar records, friends, sharing settings, activity, notifications, measurements, saved places, location samples, and Android app-usage days. It also releases the username after the deletion process completes.

Deletion is not always immediate or absolute. Shared team-goal history may remain for other members. Reports, security records, audit logs, deletion receipts, fraud-prevention records, transaction or subscription records, records another user owns, information required for law or disputes, and temporary backup copies may also be retained. The Privacy Policy explains these limits.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your RM Life account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel any subscription through the store account that was used to purchase it.
